Aim of the study: The aim study was to determine range and conditions for formation piping hole canal found in Pieniny National Park May 2019. Material methods: scope research carried out included determination geotechnical characteristics subsoil on slope near along canal. Numerical calculations with finite element method were also GeoStudio program, which allowed assess possibilities soil deformation caused by seepage forces.
